Established in August 2020 Flexi Reps purpose is to match brands with talent for temporary field sales activity, within the Travel Industry so devastated by redundancies.
Flexi Reps has seen a huge demand in sign-ups of reps looking for work and have quickly adapted their model. We invested a lot of time and energy their new website, and now any brand looking for resource can post a project to the database of reps. The reps then chose if they are “up for it”. The brand will then be provided an online shortlist of the reps to choose for their project. The rep profiles include brand and sector experience, a short bio and a 60 second video clip introducing themselves.
Flexi Reps Managing Director Craig Davidson has said of the new functionality. “What’s been clear in the conversations we’ve had with a wide range of suppliers is their desire to control the selection process. All brands have their own personality and are very specific on who they want representing them. Everyone we’ve spoke to loves the fact it’s their choice who they use for their agent blitz’s.”
